Doing a Roast about a Person – Creating Visuals

In this post I’ll share with you ideas for creating visuals for your roast.

There are so many ways to incorporate visuals I hardly know where to begin. There are TONS of funny images of Arnold.  Just Google “Funny images of Arnold Schwarzenegger. But your roastee may not be as famous as Arnold. Not to worry. There are still lots of fun ways to create your own visuals. The easiest way is to use PowerPoint or Keynote and import an image of the roastee and tweak with the variety of editing tools available on your phone or the Internet.  Speech bubbles are a fast easy way to create funny visuals of your roastee…

There are lots of great graphics editing sites that are free. One of my favorites is lunapic.com. There you’ve dozens and dozens of ways you can play with an uploaded image.  A few of my favorites in lunapic is to cartoonize, place their face in the middle of a 1, 2, or 100 bills, or in an animated gif with rain pouring down on them.

You can also, for a mere $5.00, utilize one of the many graphics folks available on Fiverr.com. There you’ll find folks experts in utilizing sophisticated software like Photoshop and Illustrator, who can take an image and do nearly anything with it.

You can create great roast visuals with a bit of research time and effort.

In the next post, we’ll look at how you can use pre-existing cartoons and images for a roast.
